RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Consulting

Job Description
a. Conduct desktop research, phone interviews and/or onsite surveys.

b. Good quantitative research and data analysis skills.

c. Use web-based and social media tools to facilitate the dissemination of research to the field.

d. Assist senior researchers and business consultants in the analysis of large scale quantitative data and presentation of results

Requirements

a. STPM and above

b. Ability to pay close attention to detail while keeping larger project goals in mind

c. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities under time constraints.

d. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

e. Part- and Full-Time position(s) available.

Remuneration Package

MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTIVE

SECRETARY

Job Description
a. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.

b. Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those require answers, responses, and written replies.

c. Assist in management and organization of superior’ calendar by scheduling appointment, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.

d. Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements

e. Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.

f. Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.

g. Coordinate the hosting of in-house events.

h. Any task assign by management.
